Tenant Screening Data

Adverse action notices are provided to all declined applicants as required by law.
Financial Data
Owner financial data (rent collection, disbursements, expense records) is maintained in secure trust accounting systems. Monthly statements are accessible through password-protected owner portals. Year-end tax documents (1099s) are prepared and distributed in compliance with IRS requirements.

Resident Communication

- Email and portal notifications for lease renewals, inspections, and community updates
- 24/7 emergency maintenance line for urgent issues
- All formal notices delivered in compliance with RCW 59.18 notice requirements
Marketing Communication
- We may send occasional emails about property management resources, market updates, and company news
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email footer
- We do not send unsolicited text messages for marketing purposes
