Property Management Referral
How to Earn MRR
Referring Broker (you) sends an email introduction, connecting their contact needing Property Management to BB French, Designated Broker at Sagareus Real Estate.
This must be a genuine introduction via phone or email; Simply texting a phone number to cold call does not qualify. Unlicensed individuals are ineligible to earn a referral fee.
If BB secures a Property Management Agreement from your client, you will receive a monthly referral fee as long as your client remains with Sagareus Property Management.
Compensation
Sagareus Real Estate charges between 5 - 8 % of gross collected rents per month for Management Services. As a referring broker, you will receive the consulting fee outlined below every month the client remains under Sagareus Real Estate.
- 1% of Gross Collected Rent / month *OR* $15 / month, whichever is greater.
Clearly, the more rent is collected, the more you will earn. Higher rents can be achieved through higher end properties or by securing additional units.
The most successful referring broker's consistently refer 2-30 unit properties; These properties remain under management for the longest duration and produce the most recurring rent income.
Typically, single family properties incur a $150 / mo management fee resulting in $15 per month to the referring broker.

Sagareus manages Single Family Homes, Condos/Townhomes, residential multi-families and office/retail space. At this time, we do not serve those needing HOA Management.

Maintenance Service
In addition, Sagareus maintains a fully licensed and insured maintenance service, current labor charge is $50 per hour for all Sagareus clients; 1 hour min and no upcharge on material.

Status & Payment
Referral Partners are Independent Contractors. To receive payment, referring brokers must submit a W-9 form to Sagareus Accounting and will be paid by the 2nd Friday of each month for the previous month via EFT / Direct Deposit.
Referring Broker's must remain licensed to receive referral fee. Referral commission are non-transferrable.
