After finishing his undergraduate degree in Economics, Joe has since obtained his MBA. His professional experience ranges from marketing management to financial oversight.  After leaving his position as Asst Director of Finance + Budget with the University of Washington, Joe ventured into Real Estate Asset Management. 

Joe currently serves as Sagareus Sr Real Estate Advisor, representing himself and his clients on primarily value add real estate opportunities. Post Close, Joe remains with his clients as their Asset Manager, ensuring the asset is brought to it's full potential.  Joe's unique combination of educational and professional experience make him a valuable member of your real estate investing team. 

When he's not analyzing deals and coordinating renovation projects, Joe can be found at the CrossFit gym or relaxing lakeside with his dog, Bruno.
